DB Capitation Reconciliation Report

This report lists Methadone patients that use the third party Ontario Drug Benefit (DB) or Trillium (TR), and the number of Methadone claims that have been processed during the specified month. Drug Benefit and Trillium Methadone claims are identified by the PIN 9850619.

Only a Start Date is required; it defaults to the current day. The report will list the Methadone claims for the month specified in the Start Date.
